Groundfloor doesn’t charge investors fees on individual loans. Its revenue comes from borrowers through origination fees. For Flywheel Portfolio investments, expect a 0.50% fee only when your capital is returned, not quarterly. This means most investors pay nothing upfront and only a small fee as you get repaid.
